Win lunch for two at Tap & Tandoor! NOW CLOSED
Marysia from Birmingham is the delighted winner of this competition!
Ajay and Shivani Kenth are celebrating the opening of their latest venture by offering a lunch for two people at the Tap & Tandoor in Solihull.
The venue, formerly The Saddlers Arms located on Warwick Road, has undergone an extensive refurbishment, transforming the space into an open plan bar and 80-seater restaurant mixing a traditional pub with Indian heritage. They specialise in craft beers, cocktails and Indian food including small plates, mixed grills and home-style curries.
Ajay said: “We are delighted to bring a new concept to Solihull. Tap & Tandoor focuses on quality and when possible we source local produce. In the kitchen we use free range meat, our wines are provided by Connolly’s and ‘weird and wonderful’ beers are supplied by Alcester based Purity Brewing – as well as from further afield like our huge hit, Kona Big Wave from Hawaii! Craft beers are a big part of our offering, as are our vast range of Lilley’s flavoured Somerset ciders, there’s something new every week.”
Their Mixed Grill includes a selection of chicken tikka, chicken wings, seekh kebab and lamb chops, whilst their small plates include naan sliders, butterfly chilli prawns and Amritsari fish, to name just a few.
