About the Festive Favourites:
The CBSO’s annual Festive Favourites are like the German Market and the panto: a real Birmingham Christmas tradition! Special guest Alan Titchmarsh joins the CBSO, plus our whole family of choruses, for a concert of seasonal music old and new: favourite tunes, humorous readings, and of course, a chance to join in and sing along! The CBSO Youth Chorus and Children’s Chorus sing with the CBSO Chorus in the evenings, whilst our acclaimed community choirs CBSO SO Vocal and Young Voices team up with the CBSO Chorus on Sunday afternoon. Join us, and get your festive season off to a really heart-warming start.

“Presenting the CBSO Christmas concerts is always a highlight of my year. To sit in front of this country’s finest orchestra and to complement their performances with readings that are, I hope, either amusing or touching, must rank as one of life’s greatest pleasures. I’m so happy to be back!”
Alan Titchmarsh
