New Winter Menu and Offers to Tempt you Out

October was beautiful, November has been kind so far too, but as sunshine makes way for cold-snaps and festivities, the kitchen team at the The White Horse in Balsall Common have been developing dishes of hearty comfort food created using the freshest seasonal ingredients.

The contemporary pub and restaurant on the Kenilworth Road has launched its Winter menu this month – and some cool dining discounts!

Small plates have been given a makeover with Melted Brie Wedges, Root Beer Glazed Chicken Wings and Salt & Pepper Squid arriving in the 3 for £12.95 sharing starters.

Mains have taken a comforting twist with new options such as Smoked Haddock & Spinach Mornay with cheesy mash topping and buttered greens, Slow-Roasted Morrocan Spiced Lamb with jewelled giant cous cous and mint yoghurt and Chicken & Chorizio Grilled Skewers with rustic chips and house salad sitting alongside popular pub classics of Lashfords Gloucester Sausages, creamy mash and onion gravy and Homemade Lasagne with garlic bread.

Dine between 12th November and 7 December, noon until 5pm and receive 25% off* your total food bill.

Pizzas are two for one Monday – Saturday noon until 6pm, including take away. All burger dishes are two for £16 on Saturday noon until 6pm.

The White Horse is a traditional country pub with a modern feel serving fresh and homemade food.  A private function room, gardens and decking are all available to hire with menu and drinks packages tailored to personal requirements.

The sandwich menu, desserts and cocktails also been given a Winter update.
