Hampton Manor announces new Head Chef and Head Sommelier to their team
Hampton Manor are pleased to announce a new Head Chef and Head Sommelier to their kitchen and cellar team.
Ryan Swift took over from Martyn as Head Chef in March and is settling into the role nicely! and Sommelier Seamus Sharkey joins the team from The Nut Tree, Oxford. Having achieved a notable wine list on the Michelin Guide and reaching the finals of the AA wine list assessments he has a great knowledge of wine to offer!
