The Meynell Ingram Arms

An old country Inn set in a beautiful rural location to the west of Burton on Trent. The Meynell Ingram Arms offers informal pub dining with high standards of food and personal service as well as an A La Carte menu in The Deerpark Restaurant.

Great emphasis is placed on the use of local produce in the varied menus. Head Chef Richard Light applies flair and imagination in combining the best of British cooking with International cuisine.

In addition to the wines from Churchill Vintners, there is a range of lagers and cask ales. All supplemented with guest ales, normally from local “micro” breweries thriving in the area.

Only three months after re-opening with a new team, The Deerpark Restaurant was voted Restaurant of the Year 2003 (Taste of Staffordshire) and also overall “Judge’s Choice”, this was followed the next year by winning “Pub of the Year 2004″. Also awarded an AA Rosette. 2005 is no exception The Meynell has been awarded “Pub of the Year 2005″ and have achieved third place for “Restaurant of the Year 2005″.
