Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, the Hotel du Vin Bistro offers a menu rooted in classic European cuisine with a contemporary edge.

There are ‘simple classics’ that change seasonally, with head chef, Nick Turner, adding his own selections daily, all supporting our philosophy of using the finest and freshest local produce, cooked simply, priced sensibly.

The luxury Hotel du Vin Birmingham occupies the previously disused Birmingham Eye Hospital and is a distinctive location – in its ornate, early Victorian building in the old city centre, now part of the newly revitalised Jewellery Quarter. It was sympathetically converted to provide 66 bedrooms and boutique suites around the central courtyard which retains many of the buildings dramatic original features including the magnificent sweeping staircase and granite pillars.
