Edmunds Fine Dining

Edmunds Restaurant is set in stylish Brindleyplace, Birmingham’s capital of culture, boasting water fountains, cafés, hotels, art galleries and of course fantastic restaurants.

Family run by Chef Patron Andy Waters, ably assisted by his wife Beverley and their dedicated team, Edmunds provides a relaxed and refreshing approach to fine dining.  The cosy 40 seater restaurant offers a secluded escape from the daily rush or an evenings’ indulgence with friends, family, loved ones and colleagues.

Andy Waters – ChefPatron

Born and raised in Bromsgrove, Andy Waters, who named his Edmunds restaurant after his father, was actually inspired to become a chef by his mum, herself a skilled confectioner.

His 27 years in the trade, at one time working under legendary French chef Paul Bocuse, have seen Andy earn his first Michelin star when he was head chef at Simpsons in Kenilworth.

He earned another when he opened his first Edmunds in Henley on Arden and it must surely only be a matter of time before he does the same at his Brindley Place venue, which this year featured in the Good Food Guide.

Dishes are created using some of the Midlands finest seasonal ingredients, inspired by classical French methods served simply and effectively.

Edmunds will happily cater for any personal requests including dietary requirements, a favourite table, wine or even a private booking – a dedicated vegetarian menu is available for all to enjoy.
